Stretcher

As the only authorized service organization for Ferno, EMSAR provides unequalled quality of service. However, we are also authorized by both Stryker and Dynamed, so regardless of the product you use, we can help.

For your convenience, our service technicians utilize "mobile repair units." Most of the repairs or service can be performed at your facility, eliminating costly shipping charges. We carry a full line of replacement parts for Ferno, Stryker and Dynamed EMS products facilitating rapid turnaround of major repairs. In addition to ambulance stretchers, we provide service on stair chairs, fastening systems, scoop stretchers, traction splints, and bariatric ramp systems.

Routine preventive maintenance is the key to our goal of ensuring that your equipment works properly when needed.

New Jersey EMSAR offers three levels of Service Programs for Emergency Medical Products. Choose one of the following programs for the most cost effective way to maintain and extend the life of your equipment.

The Gold Service Level is an all inclusive contract based maintenance program.  This Level is commonly used by organizations with moderate to heavy equipment usage.   We have become very creative in customizing the Gold Service Level to suit the customer’s needs.

This service level includes the Five Point Maintenance Program and all parts and repairs for a price that will remain fixed for the life of the service contract.

The Gold Level includes all frame repairs and the repair or replacement of all parts, including:

  • All Labels
  • Worn Wheel Bearings
  • Sidearm Pins, Knobs, and Springs
  • Head-end Release Handles
  • Foot-end Release Handles
  • Leg Return and Ratchet Bar Springs
  • Lift Handles
  • Crutch Tips
  • Scuff Strips
  • Fastener Post
  • Hardware

The Silver Service Level is a contract based maintenance program set up mainly to cover preventative maintenance and incidental minor repairs on your equipment.  It carries many of the service benefits offered in the Gold Service Level but does not include high end repairs such as frame damage.  Most parts covered in the Silver Service Level are the typical high wear components.

The Silver service is our most popular service program. This service level includes the Five Point Maintenance Program and replacement of the high-wear items for a price that will remain fixed for the life of the service contract.

This level includes the repair or replacement of the following high-wear items at no extra charge:

  • All Labels
  • Worn Wheel Bearings
  • Sidearm Pins, Knobs, and Springs
  • Head-end Release Handles
  • Foot-end Release Handles
  • Leg Return and Ratchet Bar Springs
  • Lift Handles
  • Crutch Tips
  • Scuff Strips
  • Fastener Post
  • Hardware

The Bronze Service Level our basic level.  This level is very commonly used by organizations that have light to moderate usage of their equipment.  We do not typically require any contract for this level since all travel, labor, and parts are billed as the work is completed.
The Bronze Level service program allows you to take advantage of our Five Point Maintenance Program.
